Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to GCC Comply, a service operated by Booktidge ("Booktidge", "we", "us", "our").
1. Free trial
New GCC Comply subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends from Billing → Manage in your account.
2. Billing and cancellation
After the trial, your subscription is billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our Pricing page. You may cancel at any time from Billing → Manage; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until that date.
3. Refunds
You may request a refund of your most recent subscription charge within 14 days of the charge date by emailing support@gcccomply.com from the address on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
After the 14-day window, the current period's charge is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from Billing → Manage to prevent further charges; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. Payment processor
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), our merchant of record. Paddle is responsible for the payment transaction, tax collection, and the issuance of invoices. For payment-related questions, you can contact Paddle directly via the link in your Paddle email receipt, or email us at support@gcccomply.com.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
